Gluten Free Pizza

Last week, we took our guests on an exciting journey to a Mediterranean Fusion with our rich quinoa bowl featuring kale, olives, sprouts, and a variety of other ingredients. This time, we're keeping it simple yet delicious by serving everyone's favorite dish: pizza! But this isn't just any pizza; it's a gluten-free masterpiece topped with olives, capers, shiitake mushrooms, fresh herbs, and our own mix of cheeses, including Nutesan (Parmesan made from various nuts). Accompanied by a refreshing rucola salad with red currants and artichokes, this lunch will satisfy your cravings and provide the energy boost you need for a productive Thursday afternoon. And for dessert, indulge in our berrylicious cream sweetened solely with dates, without any added sugar. It's a perfect ending to a delightful meal.

Our Pizza is topped with Grated. A plant based substitute for that melts and ideal for pizza for that creamy alternative. Prior to grated, we topped the pizza with a powder made up of cashews, garlic, nutritional yeast and some spices.
