How I got this image to display correctly on this website:
My Phone saved this image with a size of 4032 × 1860 pixels, which is a Landscape Format (but it still displays correctly in the gallery app). This means, that the image is either flipped 90° or obscenely stretched when viewed on the web.
So I used the Builtin Photo Editor to flip the Photo by 90°, to make its actual size match the size in the Metadata. And then I used my favourite 3rd Party Photo Editor (Google Play Store Link, if you're interested) to flip it back to its correct orientation. Now the Metadata correctly reports the size as 1860 × 4032 pixels, so it displays correctly on the web. ✔👍
