Hello, I was drawn to steemit from reading about it online.
I am from the Philippines and lives in the capital Manila, these days living here are exciting and dangerous at the same time, I am a human rights worker and we are an endangered species right now. The great leader of the land threatened to cut our heads.

Steemit is a new social media platform that I can use to further our cause and as I understand it earn something.
I am also interested in cryptocurrency and how it will impact our society in the future. maybe free us from the bankers.
