No, no, NO!
Her response when asked about people being tracked was "There isn't a GPS in this chip and there can't be." That's not the only way to track people. All they would have to do to track someone with one of these chips in them is to track where the RFID from the chip was used. Every time a chip is used they know where that person is.
The chip (from what the video showed) works as ID, accesses your money, and (though they deny it) can be used to locate you.
On a side note, all the companies that are chipping their sheeple need to be boycotted.
