Hi everyone!

I am glad to share with you the first post on HIVE. First of all, I would like to thank all of you and the platform that has brought us together today.

All about Me:

My name is Saqib Butt and I am associated with Television broadcasting industry in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Hobbies and Interests:

My hobbies include Graphics designing, Web designing, Reading books, Stamp collecting, Postcards and Letter writing, Pen pal, writing Columns and Books' reviews, Hiking etc. I also love to write Children stories.

I am very fond of Tourism and so far I have toured the Netherlands, Norway, Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Perl city of Germany. I have also visited the United Arab Emirates.

That's why I keep writing about Travel and Tour as well. Hence, here you will also be able to read my daily posts.

Languages:

I am fond of learning new languages. My mother language is Punjabi and my national language is Urdu. Other languages I can understand are Arabic and Persian.
I have also passed short course of Chinese language but unfortunately I have no communication skills in Chinese.

My qualification and Experience:

I have an M.A. in Political Sciences and a M.Sc. in Mass Communication. Additionally, I have also done various technical and professional courses. I have attended several workshops on media, journalism and education too. I am very interested in Literacy and non-formal Education programs and that is precisely why, over the years, I have participated in many Teacher training programs.

I got information about this platform from a friend of mine, Zagham (LifeSkills-Tv) and so, I decided to join. I hope that together we will work for art, culture, world peace and will play an important role in eradicating ignorance, poverty, lawlessness and unrest world-wide.
