<Ep.17> 비 오는 날, 지글지글 고기 굽고 왔어요 :) ( Korean Barbecue for dinner ! )

@Solioquist 입니다. 이제 본격적인 장마가 시작되려나 봐요 ~ 오늘 오후부터 추적추적 비가 내리기 시작하네요 ///////////////
저는 오늘 아침 일찍부터 일정이 있어서 한 끼도 제대로 챙겨먹지를 못했어요 ㅠ_ㅠ
저녁 때가 되니까 굉장히 허기 지더라고요... 그래서 오늘은 빗소리 들으면서 지글지글 고기 구워 먹고 왔어요 :)

Hi ! This is @Solioquist. Maybe rainy season seems to start. It falls from this afternoon. I had a schedule early in the morning and could not eat properly. I was very hungry. So I ate Korean barnbecue for dinner.

친구와 함께 갈매기살 1인분과 삼겹살 1인분을 에피타이저(?) 로 주문했어요 ㅎㅎ 고기가 선홍빛을 띤게 아주 먹음직스러워보이죠 ~ ? 고기 뚜께도 상당히 두꺼워서 식감이 매우 좋았답니다 ^o 물론 덕분에 고기가 익는데 상당한 시간이 걸려서 인내심이 필요로 하기는 했지만요 ㅎ..,,.

I ordered meat with a friend. The meat had splendid color, so it looked very delicious. The meat was also quite thick, so the texture of meat was very good. Of course, it took a considerable amount of time to grill the meat. It was hard time for me haha...

고기를 촵촵 뒤집어서 앞면, 뒷면 고루 익혀주고요 ~~~~~~

I turned the meat back and forth and cooked it.

잘 익혀진 고기는 이렇게 깔끔하게 잘 정렬해줍니다 :) 보기 좋은 음식이 먹기도 좋다죠 ~ ?

Well - cooked meat was neatly arranged. Good-looking food is good to eat.

김치랑 마늘도 불판 테두리에 살포시 얹어서 구워줍니다......@ 잘 익혀진 김치와 마늘을 고기와 함께 먹는 그 맛이란....정말 말로는 다 표현할 수 없을만큼 담백하고 맛있죠 ^.

Kimchi and garlic were also placed on the fire plate and baked. It is really delicious. if you eat well - cooked kimchi and garlic with meat, you would feel gorgeous taste.

길고 긴 시간 끝에 고기가 다 구워졌네요 ^o ! 그럼 ! 한 점 먹어 보겠습니다 !! 잘 먹겠습니다 !!

잘 익은 고기는 김치와 마늘을 얹어서 상추쌈싸먹기도 하고요 (ง •̀_•́)ง

I ate kimchi, garlic, and meat with lettuce.

따뜻한 쌀밥과 함께 먹어도 그 조합이 가히 환상적입니다....!( °ټ°) !

If you eat hot rice and meat together, the taste is fantastic.

.... 저는 결국 삼겹살 1인분을 더 주문할 수 밖에 없었습니다. 오늘부터 하기로 다짐했던 다이어트는 다시 다음주의 몫이 되었습니다 ㅎ 하지만 괜찮아요, 맛있는건 0칼로리니까.......!!!

I eventually ordered more meat. The decision to lose weight seems to have failed. But it's okay, good food is not absorbed in your body. (Lol)

하하...다이어트가 망한김에 디저트도 확실하게 잘 챙겨 먹었습니다. 요거프레서 와서 치즈요거트빙수를 먹었는데요 ! 조각치즈케익과 요거트 아이스크림, 그리고 딸기 과즙이 빙수 안에 들어있어서 정말 달콤하고 맛있었습니다 :) 오늘도 맛있는 음식 이야기를 전달할 수 있음에 감사하며, 저는 이만 포스팅을 마치도록 할게요 ^. 감사합니다 !

After eating meat I ate dessert ! I ate cheese yogurt iceberg. Cheesecake, yogurt ice cream, and strawberry juice were so sweet and delicious. I am grateful that I can deliver delicious food stories today. Thanks for reading my post ! :)
