Palava Ghetto
So it's was 2019 when I gain Admission into The prestigious University and 2020 there was strike and what we all experienced here in Nigeria was Cash less policy which affected my transportation even after the school resumption from Town compus to the main compus ,Transportation gathered together could have bought a Taxi, I was so stressed and I decided to relocate you know what we call from Frypan to Fire that was the Situation that I face ,
Already I had migraine so the compound where I found myself was a Business Area where they have all sort of printing Machine, Mechanic work shop, welding Company, A Studio, A Craft Studio ,A Barbing Salon, A Hair dressing Salon , Church, Event Centre, Churches, makeup studio, Fish Farm, Bar and A Furniture company,if you went through all of this you will see that I was in Hell fire but still alive the funniest part was there was this building that they use Lister generator and was Directly opposite the building I live...you know the migraine I had made it worse
So how do I keep calm and relax in such a loud and hectic environment? I started a natural routine for health care. Like, when I'm back, I freshen up, get warm water into a bucket and soak my legs inside, which calms my nerves. I got earplugs that I use to block my ear, mostly from the bass that comes from my neighbour, who has a photo studio just by me. We share the same door. It wasn't funny initially. I told them to always reduce the noise, and they said it's a business place; they need to make their money. I also make sure I check my BP regularly, and I make sure I eat well and avoid any external stress from outside...
So all these things happened first in my mind because initially I used to be very angry, cry and get myself upset for not having money to get a better place. I tuned myself to a frequency that it's not forever. As I'm talking to you, I'm still living there, and I don't even notice if someone is close to me. I have graduated because that's what took me there, and the migraine has vanished.
