We aren't as kind, as generous, or as loving as we should be. We do things we shouldn't, we are selfish, arrogant and sometimes even cruel.
Then yes, you do love yourself,but you are not acting like it! It's time. It's not selfish to love yourself as long as you love God first
and loving God is showing love to neighbor ( loving one another ). When u love God first, then everything else can fall into the right order of purority .
You will feel better and actually be more prepared mentally, emotionally and physically for whatever it is that need to get done.
