Isla Mujeres, Mexico - Sun, Umbrella & Water Hack!
Want to be in the water but don't want to burn?
At this point at my first stop in Mexico (Isla Mujeres), I was building up my sun tolerance in this mid-day sun, so I set up this hack!
Not to toot my own horn, but I thought it was pretty genius;)
By the way, I'll share a lot more about the sun and how to build a solar callus especially with essential exposure of the sunrise infrared rays!
