Social Finance

"Defined here as the intersection between social media and finance, where content creators and content consumers both ear."
I think this is a train meaning a popular trend Hive should jump on for these reasons:

  • Frends.Tech demostrates there is a niche Hive could fill, and Hive could do so with a more favorable outcome for content consumers then Friend.Tech currently provides.
  • Hive is stable and less likely to be hacked then the Friend.tech clone on Avalanche re ently was, and for all we know, Friend.tech might be hacked next?
  • Hive has a Reward Pool, a wallet, Communities, and many aspects of Friend.Tech in a large, stable comunity.

Why not Hive?

  • I know many feel that life and the cryptocurrency community have passed HIve by in the past, and will do so again.
  • So I ask you why?
  • I think that in many situations the simplest answers are the right ones:
    Marketing
    Ease of Use
    Retention and Education
  • I think if we want people to join Hive, and stay active on Hive, it must be easy to join, easy to operate and people need an incentive to stay. Money is nice, but I think it's only one element. The social element is important, and the important thing separating hive from other Social Finance Projects should be stressed and marketed.
  • Lastly continued education, and mentoring are important for retention. Do we do these things on Hive?

What do you think?

  • Can Hive capitalize on this new social narrative of social media and finance?
