Trinity Network Credits - Updates, Token lock ? Dividends for locking TNC ?

Trinity Credit Network seems to be creating a lock-up plan.
What does this mean ?

This most likely means that we will be able to lock our tokens in their platform, and get some dividends for doing so. This is great news ! The project is not only creating strong roots in this crashing market, but also incentive's investors to hold their token, to increase its value.

The price of TNC is very low now, however, it is very resilient compared to to overall market, especially for such marketcap.
