Alien Bloom

I wanted these images to feel like fragments of an alien world—organic surfaces that seem to pulse with unfamiliar life. My goal was to detach the viewer from reality, to make them question what they see and where it might exist. These forms could belong to a planet untouched by human eyes, where biology and geology intertwine in ways we can’t fully understand.

Through extreme close-ups and intense coloration, I aimed to obscure the origin of the subject. I wanted to create a sense of both attraction and discomfort. This is not about identity, gender, or the body—it’s about perception. It's about how easily we can lose ourselves in texture, in light, in illusion.

I tried to blur the lines between skin and terrain, flesh and stone, micro and macro. By stripping away context, I hoped to offer a new way of seeing—one that isn’t rooted in recognition but in emotion, instinct, and imagination.
