Ghandruk Trek - Nepal
The Ghandruk Trek is one of the popular and easy treks in Nepal. They are particularly popular among college tours and even family treks. The village is actually culturally important. They are primarily inhabited by the Gurung community.
The trek starts from Nayapul which you get there from 1-hour drive from Pokhara. You get a very close view of Annapurna ranges. The sunset/sunrise is simply beautiful from here. The highest point is around 2000m, you dont really need to fear for altitude sickness.
