How not to be a diplomat! Sincere apologies to the Estonian Prime Minister!

Dear Prime Minister Juri Ratas, on behalf of the normal Romanian people we sincerely apologize for the situation you encountered. We would have wanted to be represented by a competent person, that’s why 600.000 of us got out on the streets to change something, but discontent and incompetence eventually won.
For the rest of the people that don’t understand why we should apologize to the prime minister of Estonia, it is because the prime minister of Romania didn’t remember the name of her guest, and, at the inauguration of the new airline Tallinn-Constanta, the flag of Estonia was upside down. Nobody helped the prime minister, Juri Ratas, to correct the situation. I will also add the video here.
