How Effective is th Microsoft Azure API'S for Artificial Intelligence
I am working on some Intelligent software which make use of some hardware(RFID)and i need a very strong AI service for image/face Recognition system. Is Microsoft Azure the best, otherwise, kindly drop a better service and reason.
