Happiness is an emotional state characterized by feelings of joy, satisfaction, contentment, and fulfillment.

Happiness is not tied to what we own, what we have, who we are or who we want to be with.

there is a general saying that happiness is free.

Human needs is said to be unsatiable, thus no matter what we have there is still room for more so if your happiness is tied to something material, it will be next to impossible to be happy.

there i implore you to be intentional about what rocks your boat.
