This morning as a routine I went for a walk, this is an activity that I do daily at 6.30 am but today it was a little later to go out for a walk and when I finished my rounds of walks which I do around the small town Where I live, I have decided to stay outside for a while longer, sunbathing and enjoying this beautiful, warm sunrise, good sun and beautiful sky. 🌅🌞🕐

Looking at the sky is something that I enjoy, like the sunrises, it is simply beautiful and gives me peace, it is quite relaxing for me and I consider that it is something necessary and also that it gives us benefits such as synthesizing natural vitamin D, obviously during the hours. appropriate or best suited for each person or as recommended by their doctor. 🌞🌝🌆

This sunrise was simply beautiful, the position of the sun and once I took the photos I realized that in one of them there is still a super tiny moon visible, it is really wonderful. 🌄🔅🌻

Esta mañana como de rutina salí a caminar, esta es una actividad que realizo a diaria a las 6.30 am pero hoy se me hizo un poco mas tarde para salir a caminar y cuando termine mis rondas de caminatas el cual realizo por los alrededores del pequeño pueblo donde vivo, he decido quedarme un rato mas afuera tomando sol y disfrutando de este hermoso y cálido amanecer, bueno del sol y del hermoso cielo. 🌅🌞🕐

Mirar el cielo es algo que disfruto, como los amaneces, es simplemente hermoso y me transmite una paz, es bastante relajante para mi y considero que es algo necesario y también que nos brinda beneficios como por ejemplo sintetizar vitamina D natural, obviamente en las horas adecuadas o que mejor se adapten para cada quien o como se los recomienda su medico. 🌞🌝🌆

Este amanecer fue simplemente hermoso, la posición del sol y una vez que tome las fotos me di cuenta que en una de ellas aun se vela luna súper chiquitita, es realmente maravilloso. 🌄🔅🌻
