Sabah rice wine
This is local rice wine..produced by the native kadazan dusun community in my country Sabah, Malaysia...it has bitter sweet and a bit sour taste and very popular during harvest festival month (May). It is something similar to soju & sake...We normally use glutinous rice , yeast and fermented it for 1-2 months to get the rice juice..(lining)..I’m sure every country has their own local wine..please info if u don’t mind...
