The upcoming Fourth of July weekend is almost at hand! Kayakers, and boaters, were ignoring the weather forecast and enjoying a day out on the water down at the Bay today!🤗
Silvertop was sure he saw some Blue Sky early this morning……….😎
At least I thought I did Lol!😇
“The Weather forecast is definitely wrong….Again Liz Lol!”😍
The early July 2nd hike along Boulevard Park was destined to be short-lived!😮
One of the first signs of an approaching storm is a cold wind blowing in from the Ocean!🙄
“Here it comes honey, and just like that Silvertop went from wearing a T-shirt, to a raincoat!😅
“I’m sure glad I’m not out on the water, the waves are tossing those kayaks like they are running a white water river!😳
I guess it’s time for a “Rain Check!”
The closer I headed towards home, the lower the mercury dropped !🥶
“Liz, I really can’t believe that I am lighting a fire in the wood stove on July 2nd!”🙄
Slowly the temperature in our home climbed from the low 60s, to 71 degrees Fahrenheit!
“Silvertop we will probably sleep with our bedroom windows open tonight, you’ve got it a bit too hot in here!”🥰
“Probably honey, after all, it is Summer Lol!”🤣
