My Actifit Report Card: October 27 2019

Sunrise......😴
4 hr. and 34 minutes sleep....Silvertop is tired!😴
Today started out cold and crisp....a sunny Fall day!😊
You can see on the second photo all the leaves are gone in large sections of the forest....
This was Silvertop's hike today, after another day training Barb, our second training backup sound person, on our Churches new wireless virtual sound board.
She ran the bands sound via a undocked iPad!
We now have Michelle the team leader, using earbuds, and adjusting the bands mix in her ear wirelessly!👍
A big high five to Michelle, and Barb for learning this new technology!🤗
They did an awesome job!🤗
Then by 3:00 PM the Mrs and our neighbor Jan hiked with Silvertop.
Jan has become a regular.... hiking most days!🤗
Now if Silvertop could convince her to do an @actifit and #FitOctober !😊
7:30PM ......I think I am feeling the lack of sleep today guys....🙃
It's most definitely time to kick off those hiking boots!!!
