Our brains are simply receivers.
The more we can understand we are conduits for energy and information to flow through, we will realize more and more why meditation and "the middle way" is extremely important. Balancing out our thoughts and emotions by learning to observe their motion from an objective mindset allows a new freedom within that cannot be described, only experienced.
Practicing meditation allows us to release negative thoughts that lead to negative emotions, which lead to negative actions.
