How to fix an old doll with a hook?

My favorite doll broke. Since my childhood I was sure that this is a girl. But my grandmother suddenly said: "Well, Vanyusha broke down."
Okay. So Vanyusha is more than 30 years old, a couple of growing generations with him played. And now he could not stand it and broke.
There was an idea to fix it with a simple hook for knitting and thread.
I tied the knots tightly knitted, my sleeves turned out.
Further, she tied the front shirt and fastened the handles in the front.
Then, from the shirt-front, she put the overalls on.
Of course, the overalls are not removed and Vanyusha has to be washed. The threads are cotton, so it dries quickly.

A successful idea, by the way. For more than a year, Vanyusha looks beautiful and pleases the third generation!

Сломалась моя любимая кукла. Я с детства была уверена, что это девочка. Но бабушка вдруг сказала : "Ну вот, Ванюша сломался".
Ну ладно. Так вот Ванюше уже больше 30 лет, парочка взрослеющих поколений с ним играла. И вот теперь он не выдержал и сломался.
Появилась идея починить его с помощью простого крючка для вязания и ниток.
Я обвязала ручки плотной вязкой, получились рукава.
Далее связала манишку и прикрепила ручки в манишке.
Потом от манишки провязала вниз комбинезончик.
Конечно, комбинезон не снимается и мыть Ванюшу приходится одетым. Нитки хлопковые, поэтому сохнет быстро.

Успешная идея, кстати. Больше года Ванюша прекрасно выглядит и радует третье юное поколение!
