Could we implement a episode next season with bitcoin??

Firstly looking at bitcoin as a whole, if banks failed and everyone started using crypto currency as the next alternative could we see the worlds financial system fail. With no 3rd party, tax avoidance would be at its highest. No money would be flowing into the governments, which means no health service, state schools and every other service we rely on. This is a quite unlikely scenario but anything is possible.
