More Pancakes
It’s been a while since I posted last. I’ve been busy trying come up with something worth mention. It’s a delicate balance between work and school.
Anyways, there’s a great breakfast spot in downtown Colorado Springs called Over Easy. It’s and egg place but they have some great pancake options. Today I went with the Blueberry Strudel pancakes. I must say they were pretty damn good. If your ever out this way I’d recommend it
