Super late with this panel, I finished it just minutes ago. So limited commentary on this...
Pele screams out, "I wish I had never started granting wishes!" and BOOM! instant retcon.
Looks like Mary used the invulnerable virgin loophole one time too many. Pele is taking her bat and her ball and going home. Screw all y'all!
