MI-5 D Notice - To Cover up a Fraud
Here Caroline Stephens and myself discuss an MI-5 D-Notice that appears to cover-up a market rigging fraud - by secretly loaning the Saudis with cheap money funnelled from the UK taxpayer so that they can buy back HSBC services - creating the illusion for demand for those services. This same class of fraud saw Roger Jenkins indicted by the SFO as of late
