“A Glimpse Into My World”

Hello there! I am Shinet Sunggayan 21 years old and I am from Naga City Cebu. I'm an enthusiastic IT student with a love for technology, creativity and innovation. This is a blog that is my space for sharing my experience, reflections and life as I tread the IT and other paths of life.

This is me simply living life day by day there are days when i wake up and i feel so ready to take on the world and then there are days when i just need to chill out and catch my breath and that's okay I think that every day is a new chance to learn something to meet someone new and to grow in ways I never imagined. Life isn’t perfect and things do not always work out the way I would have liked them to but I do my best to just keep going whether I’m working on a study, doing a project or just relaxing quietly. I always tell myself that even a small step is progress.

Ever since I was young I always had an enthusiasm for photography. There was just something about seizing a moment and making it turn into an everlasting memory.

As I aged the drive for photography heightened and as I entered high school, it became more than a hobby because I became an active member in the photojournalism club in my school. It was an amazing experience where I not only learned how to capture nice photographs but also on narrating through pictures. All my efforts and dedication paid off when I won in our school level and achieved the privilege to represent my school at regional level.

Pitting my skills with other photographers was challenging but thrilling and it's one of the best experiences in my life. That experience made my passion for photography grow stronger, gave me the skills and provided me with confidence to experiment with creative territories where I can continue telling stories in pictures.

Lately I enjoy doing since I began studying multimedia arts. I have always had a fascination for design and imagination, and for that reason, I am fascinated by multimedia arts. I like working with visuals, color and structure to build lovely and accessible digital experiences.

My dream is to become a UX/UI designer, a person who makes websites and apps simple, practical and pretty. I want to create designs that will change the waypeople utilize technology. I hope to share my experience develop my skills and meet individuals who share the same interest by means of this blog.

I love going out and experimenting with new things whether it is just a simple stroll, food adventure or exciting adventure in a new place. I prefer to record every moment in pictures because memories are important to me and reliving them always makes me smile.

And food I not only enjoy eating but also enjoy cooking, experimenting with new recipes and preparing amazing dishes is also one of those things that lifts my mood. Other than that, I am also quite a k-drama fan. I enjoy being immersed in all kinds of stories. It might be a sweetromance, an interesting mystery or an uplifting drama. And yes I'm a k-pop stan too, hearing the songs, watching the performances and listening to my favorites give me tremendous joy. These little things bring life to the fore and excitement and I love to share them with the world.

I am a titas on duty to my niece and nephew. They bring so much happiness, laughter and love to my life. From their little hugs to their goofy questions every moment with them is valuable. I like to pamper them, play with them and be someone they can always come to for comfort, and play.

Watching them learn and find out new things makes me feel so proud. Watching them from helping them with school, being present for their little wins, or just being with them every second counts for me. They show me the essence of living simply about how to laugh without reservation, how to be curious about everything and that love doesn't have to be complex gestures but presence and care.

Being their tita is not only a title, it's a position I treasure. I will never leave them, I will always be there to support them, guide them and love them with all my heart whatever they turn out to be they will forever be my little ones.

My family is everything to me, they are my strength, love and support during every success and problem. No matter what the future holds, I know they will stand by me supporting and guiding me through life.

Every second with them is precious, whether we eat together, laugh at the silliest things or simply sit in silence enjoying each other's presence. We may not see eye to eye on everything but our bond is unconquerable. They keep me reminded of the power of love, patience and understanding.

I thank my family every day. They are what keep me moving, the individuals who motivate me to be greater, and those who will forever have a piece of my heart. Wherever life may take me they will always remain my home.

I have my main friends the powerpuffgengs that bring so much happiness and value to my life. They each have their unique qualities, making people laugh constantly, who keep their cool and come through with valuable advice. We lift one another up during tough times, we celebrate one anothers victories, and we make memories that i will always hold dear. Regardless of what happens I know they will always stand by me just as I will always stand by them.

Why did I decided to join hive?

My brothers girlfriend who is @juvithavibes inspired me to create this blog and it made me brave enough to speak out my experiences and everything that affects me. I never thought about sharing my ideas and experiences because I always had them in mind but juvy encouraged me to do it. She made me realize that writing is not just about sharing but also about reflecting self-improvement and relating to other individuals who might have the same ideas. I thank juvy for encouraging me to do this and I hope that through Hive I can encourage others in the same manner that she encouraged me.

On February 22, 2025 I attended an orientation that left a lasting impression on me led by sir @intoy.bugoy. His passion for sharing his knowledge and ideas made the session interesting and inspiring. I gained so much from the session, and I knew how precious this experience was for my development. The way he presented and shared everything with enthusiasm, encouraged me to move forward and become more engaged. That experience inspired me to begin this blog, and that is why I wrote my introduction blog to share my story learnings and the things I still learn along the way.

Here I’ll share my life, my passion for technology, personal growth, creative hobbies like digital art and fun moments with friends. This blog is a way to express myself connect with others and maybe inspire someone along the way.
