[EN/PT-BR] I like night walks.

A lot has happened over the last few days; as I’ve mentioned here and there, something quite unusual came up, and because of that, I decided to shake up my routine a bit and try to live a healthier lifestyle. I even talked to @elderdark about it—he knows what I mean regarding taking better care of my health.

I decided to start going for more walks. I’m not really into the gym, so around 10 or 11 PM, I’ve been taking walks lasting half an hour to an hour—whenever I have the energy for it. I’m trying to get healthier, seeing as I’ve been leading a sedentary lifestyle for quite some time.

My plan is to cut out things like soda, fatty foods, and beer, eat healthier, and try to lose some weight—I’m currently around 90 kilos. As I like to say, I’m not fat, I just have a big belly, so my primary focus is specifically on reducing the size of my midsection.

It’s not easy, but I really want to give it a shot, and I hope I succeed.

Muita coisa aconteceu nestes últimos dias, como venho compartilhando uma vez ou outra, algo bem atípico aconteceu e com isso, decidi mudar um pouco a minha rotina, tentando ser mais saudável. Até conversei isso com o @elderdark e ele sabe do que estou falando, sobre cuidar um pouco mais da saúde.

Decidi começar a fazer mais caminhas, não gosto muito de academia, então por volta de 10 ou 11 horas da noite, tenho feito caminhadas de meia hora ou 1 hora quando aguento fazer isso. Tentando ser mais saudável, já que estou sedentário tem tempo.

Meu planejamento é tentar cortar também refrigerantes, gorduras, cerveja, comer mais alimentos saudáveis e tentar reduzir o meu peso, que hoje está por volta de 90 quilos. Como costumo dizer, não estou gordo, estou barrigudo, então o meu foco em primeiro lugar é justamente diminuir a minha o tamanho da minha barriga.

Não é fácil, mas eu quero realmente tentar e espero conseguir.
