Dates and Banana Dessert
This is a quickie dessert that promise full of goodness, its just like making salad, "throw it and toss it all". Its simple yet so flavourful.
Ingredients:
- dried dates (10-12 pcs)
- banana (2)
- rose water
- walnut (chopped)
You can also alter dried dates to fresh one's, just make sure to peel it. I choosed dried dates because its more convenient for me. Or feel free to choose roasted almond from walnut, it will still create a rich taste .
Preparations:
- Split the dates and remove the stone.
- Slice the banana and layer it the dish.
- Add the rose water to avoid banana to brown.
- Add dates on top and more banana.
- Add more rose water according to your liking, add more dates and add more banana.
- Chopped the walnut roughly and add it to the dish.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Including Dates in your diet is highly beneficial. It contains natural sugar and less sodium. It benefits the heart and full of fiber and vitamins that aids in helping our urinary and digestive system.
Researchers found that consuming Walnut regularly reduces the risk of having a secondary bile acids, that can be damaging to the digestive tract.
All of the ingredients has unique properties that helps our body to function well. Support our systems in the body and renews our cells.
