How To make the Nigerian Doughnuts

On My previous post the Ingredients are listed as stated on the Video

After Getting the ingredients always make sure you observe the first rule which is Kitchen Hygiene.

afterwards you add all your dry ingredients together to make the dough

as seen in the video above mix all the ingredients together and put on a kneading table.

kneading is very tough so you have to knead till you get a good structure.

After that you get you dough cutter and your doughnuts cutter to Cut the dough to a desired shape.

Then we move to the frying process, vegetable oil is needed to get the doughnuts to desired color.
