CHALLENGE is ON!!!

hi guys I made an online video with my chef at home since the beginning of this pandemic we have been told to stay at home so I had to find more ways she can help young chefs at home.

so we discussed over it and said we will be cooking at the kitchen and sending out the videos to young chefs to use for training.

so we generated a SOP (standard operating procedure) for some recepie for home snacks so I will be posting it for younger chefs to put you through.

So here is an introduction.
she is Marian Idahosa she's a Nigerian, she's a chef at a popular cooking school Amena academy, she will like to put you through the popular Nigerian snacks and teach you how to make them and I will be posting the videos for her.

since the challengedac app is not ready yet you can come to the comment section to challenge her to make some videos of your favorite snacks.
