A Path to Thanksgiving

The path to gratitude is narrow
It often elude us as we focus on the wider path
How could we get a bowl of grain if we neglect the seed
As often as we take our gaze off the path
We lose sight of little things that matters

Give thanks for life, by it we have hope
Give thanks for health, with it we have dreams
Give thanks for hands, with it we work
Give thanks for everything, for we are better than someone somewhere.

Give thanks for a morsel and you'll have a bowlful
Each time you look back, you'll find a reason to give thanks
On the path to greatness, give thanks for each success.
