流日反思
終於不再因為業力因緣而做出反應，
而是開始弄清楚自己的過去與曾經，
彷彿被罩住的簾幕就這樣被揭開了。
用更寬廣的角度方式看待人事物，
覺察到體內四處流竄的慾望，
雖然仍無力阻止但卻不再受害。
很多人說著要有「同理心Empathy」，
但大多數的人不是為了理解而傾聽，
他們傾聽別人的目的只是為了回答。
同理心需要徹底解放個體的自我，
也才能真正活在彼此之中，
