Rust, rust and rust
The more I scratch the more rust I find, there is nothing to do but to cut it out.
This time it is right at the top of the drivers side door pillar by the upper door hinge mounting. I cut out as small a piece as I could and started working on give the expose metal a coat of rust converter.
