Feeding Time!
4 months ago, I started gradually feeding my baby girl solid foods. Initially, I gave her vegetable puree, mostly squash puree, because I noticed that it was her favorite.
Then, I introduced fruits by putting them in a pacifier feeder. The pacifier has a compartment for food inside and small holes through which the baby can suck the fruit juice.
Lately, I have been feeding her real solid foods, cooking squash and potato fries in the air fryer, along with slices of fruits and vegetables.
I noticed that she prefers eating foods that are long in shape. Sometimes, her dad cooks fries without salt for her, and she eats them slowly.
She's still not very fond of eating, probably because she's breastfed, and I might just catch her when she's already full.
Right now, I am still learning about which foods I can give her.
