My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2019

Todays walk took me again past some fruit trees, which were overloaded with apples. In some cases, the branches began to Ben as they struggled to maintain the fruit that was growing.

The weather again was a bit chilly than what we had seen lately. This helped me to keep moving, as I am sure that I would have gotten much colder if I was not maintaining steady exercise.

As for my step count, I am happy with what I was able to achieve, although I could always do more.
