Hello my friends! Hola mi amigos!

It's Hive Open Mic week 205. It has been a loong while and I have sorely missed the camaraderie of the community! I am so glad to be here again. A lot has happened in a few months and I hope I'll be able to share some in coming entries.

The theme for the week states "Musical Idol" by Hive account@wealthwess. This theme brings one person to mind: Michael Jackson. Though I wouldn't call him my idol but, Michael Jackson was like my childhood fantasy.

First of all, I want to take the credits of being the first person to ever feature in a music video with my friend Hive account@monioluwa 😅. It was a really cool experience. We were going to do a song by the legendary Queen (you can guess which), but couldn't due to time constraints and limitations towards preparation.

Westlife could be called a household name as many of us grew up listening to their songs and these songs are still and always will be relevant, regardless of the generation and, Flying Without Wings is one that we both love.
