Bounty chocolate bar

This is a very popular snack chocolate bar recipe which is made with Desiccated Coconut or chocolate coating. It is prepared in just 1 minute by mixing all the ingredients and is very tasty which we cannot say no to for children to eat.
Bounty Coconut Bar
Ingredients:-

1. Desiccated coconut - 1.5 cup
2. Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
3. Melted chocolate - 150 gram
4. Milk powder - 1 table spoon
   Method:-
   First of all take coconut powder in a bowl and mix condense milk and milk powder in it.
   
   Prepare dough like dough which is neither too tight nor too wet
   
   Then break it into small pieces with your hands and divide it and give any shape to the portion as per your choice
   

Make all the pieces and keep them in the freezer for 15 minutes

Now cut the chocolate compound into small pieces

We will melt it. To melt it, we will either use the double boiler method Or heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds

The chocolate will melt

Now take out the coconut pieces kept in the freezer and

One by one Dip it in melted chocolate

Put it on butter paper

And again put it in the freezer for 15 minutes to set

Bounty in a short while The chocolate is set and ready to eat

You can garnish the Bounty as per your choice.

The extra chocolate that gets applied on it while setting can be removed from the side.
