Deployed Umbraco CMS Into Azure
Today started with an early meeting with my boss, we had a long discussion about all of the things I am currently involved in and he said that a working prototype for the Umbraco CMS is now of the highest priority.
So after a few more architecture design meetings I have jumped back into the Azure DevOps pipeline design for building the latest Umbraco 18 build then using Biceps provisioning of Azure infrastructure for Umbraco and as a final step deployment of the built Umbraco solution.
Naturally I have used GitHub Copilot Artificial Intelligence Agent mode to assist me. As usual I left it to pick the best LLM model for the task and this time around it picked Claude Opus latest model.
It turned out pretty good, but it could not get past the second planned task in Agent mode so I was doing all the stuff manually at that point. Still instructions were helpful.
Would be interesting to see if we will be able to convince people to adopt our first open source software at our organization. It should save around three hundred thousand dollars in just license costs per year.
Overall it was a very productive day even despite going to the office. I also managed a great weight lifting workout during the lunch hour and walked between sets to recover, so great steps for me today.
