Friday Night

It is nice to have a Friday night and relax, after a three day in office week. We watched an old comedy movie "Little Fockers"

It was great to watch it with my wife and daughter. Our daughter watched it for the first time and at thirteen years old she really enjoyed it.

We also saw that there is a fourth movie in this movie franchise that is coming out and it is slated for the end of this year. I believe that it is called Focker in Law. So we are going to be watching that movie when it cones out.

Today I had a really good weight lifting workout at our office gym. I did five sets of fifteen pull ups and did two hundred push ups followed by fifty burpees.

Then I switched to the more traditional weight lifting exercises: three sets of twelve barbell chest press and a variety of weight lifting machines for back, biceps, triceps, shoulders and legs.

In between the sets I did some walking and combined with walking to and from the train station and walking up and down the stairs to the sixth floor gave me a really good number of steps today.

Tomorrow I am going to take a rest day from working out and maybe just do some stuff around the house and in the yard. There is quite a bit to tidy up with wheeds and pressure washing in the backyard around the patio.

We also did some work with my daughter processing the images of her paintings and used them to upload into the print to order store on her website. We managed to create three new products in about an hour and a half.

Hopefully we also get out for a walk with my wife some time tomorrow.
