Your token is a vote, not a ticket

Most tokens are built to be traded. SDA is built to be used. Holding it gives you a non-custodial vote — each funding cycle — on which renewable-energy projects get funded: solar arrays, wind farms, battery storage. One token equals one vote, with a 30-day minimum hold to be eligible, which keeps governance manipulation-resistant.

What holders decide

Holders govern the things that matter:

  • Financial oversight of the platform
  • Project selection — which solar, wind and battery initiatives proceed
  • Administrative governance
  • The timing of the Phase 2 transition

From the ballot to the ground

In Phase 1, this is governance. In Phase 2, voted projects move from the ballot into construction and become operating, revenue-generating assets — producing energy, revenue, and on-chain performance data. At that point the regulatory framework shifts from MiCA to MiFID II, and the dashboard adds construction progress, energy production and per-project reporting.

(Revenue distribution begins after Phase 2 regulatory acceptance.)

The takeaway

SDA is governance with a real-world output: every solar array, wind farm and battery system in the model starts as a decision made by holders.
