Hail to the Hive!

It has taken me a while but I think I’m re discovering my groove, getting my mojo back and just all round starting to feel like I’m getting back to doing stuff on my own terms. Marching to the beat of my own drum and all that jazz, or in my case …blues.

I’ve been torn in so many directions this past 12 months it would make your head spin at high velocity. Up and down the country on trains, flying over to India and the Andaman Islands several times over, planes trains, tuk tuks, motorcycles and ferries a go go.

And lets not forget keeping my floating home ‘ Cygnet the Narrowboat’ moving from destination to destination.

Al this commotion seized up my creative gears as I became increasingly worn out from the never ending moving abaout. Always tired it became too easy to put off vlogging, editing, posting on hive and all the things that are really my ‘me’ time out.

Several times recently I had tried to reboot myself and then it stuttered and stopped. The tiredness, the brain fog returned.

Being Iced in recently threw me another curveball, making it difficult to accomplish basic waste removal and getting shopping done and yet somehow it proved to be a catalyst to reawaken something in me. I found ways to get rid of waste and get shopping done and caught up on some much needed rest and then this week, the following week, perspective of things returned to a small degree.

And thus I find myself taking photos again and being inspired again to get back to my video editing and re ignite the vlogs I do to journal our floaty existence.

I’m feeling pretty good today. Need to keep this groove on
