Hive vs Bitcoin Dominance: Bitcoin is Truly Dominant, but, All Is Not Lost

How is Hive just not figuring that the bull market is still going on and being left behind by the bulls? Why can't people see how great Hive is?

There's nothing wrong with Hive, but there is this stronger thing happening called Bitcoin dominance.

Bitcoin dominance is the measure of how much money in the crypto market is actually in Bitcoin – if most of the money in crypto is in Bitcoin, then Hive and other altcoins will tend to not do as well or go down against Bitcoin.

We see Bitcoin going up lately and dramatically, because right now the crypto people trust in institutions and in retail is Bitcoin. Bitcoin dominance right now is around 70 percent of the market, with all the other cryptos – thousands of them – just having to share in 30 percent of the market. Not even Ethereum, the OG of altcoins, can do well consistently in a situation like that, so Hive too is struggling.

However, when Bitcoin dominance peaks and has a price that reflects that, and people look to other cryptos for more growth, then Hive and other altcoins will have their chance to shine -- and since we here at One Bitcoin Club are bringing Hive and Bitcoin together and showing the benefits both can bring, Hive may be especially well-positioned!
