We live in a world of many cares, worries and concerns. Some of these cares and worries are related to what one is currently passing through while others are futuristic in nature. The good news is that GOD not only has plan for those cares, he's capable and willing to handle them all. So cast all your cares on him. To do this, you must :
1****. Believe That God Loves And Cares For You: it is very important that you have some knowledge of GOD'S love for you. Untill you came to the knowledge and understanding of how much God loves and cares for you, you will never be able to trust God to handle your cares.
2****. Pray With Passion: Prayer is an opportunity to communicate with GOD concerning your cares. The bible instructs us to take advantage of prayers in making our request known unto GOD. In the place of prayer, we talk to GOD about our cares and worries and GOD hears us and handles them.
3****. Cultivate An Untroubled Heart: the bible repeatedly admonishes us not to let our hearts be troubled. It is your responsibility as a believer to ensure your heart is to take your mind and focus of the size of your 'cares' and rather focus on the faithfulness, goodness, love and capacity of GOD.

Wow! you can live a life care free not because you are careless and irresponsible rather as a result of your knowledge of GOD's love and care for you.
