Rays
Grasping at a ray of sun reflected off the moon - showered by the shimmering of photons twice removed.
Like the light of planets seen at angles high above, bouncing off the placid pane that permeates my love.
Suddenly the enter-y, and sudden as it goes. Forced into remission by a promise always known.
Maybe we experience these shudders quite the same - swept up by the moment, yet still present in the game.
Looking for a deeper meaning, sound with who we are. Fearful of the echoes from an unrequited heart.
Doubtful that these words shall ever fall upon your ears...Now at least they're out there - primed for all to hear.
