We went to a place near of my girlfriends home. Rüdesheim am Rhein is the name and it was the monastery of Hildegard von Bingen. She is a holy nun with a talent in natural healing. The monestary was newly build at the beginning of the 20th century on the same place the old one was build in the 18th century. You can enjoy selfmade coffee, wine and food at the little restaurant and also visit the shop with selfmade wine, food and books.
