Our model train adventure - part 24: More street lights

Today I added more lights to our model train layout.

First I had to do a lot of soldering and since this is not the healthiest activities for childrens' lungs I decided to do it at our balcony - at -1° C…

Unfortunately I also poured out a whole box of shrinking tubes.

But the result is beautiful.

There's also a small light on our market square.

The light at the farmhouse was already installed some weeks ago.

The one at the petrol station is brand new.

So is the one at the supermarket.

The big lamps we used are quite cheap Chinese LED lamps we ordered at amazon. We payed 15.50 EUR for 10 lamps. German lamps are more expensive and around 8 - 10 EUR for 1 lamp.

After mounting the lamps we had to sort the shrinking tubes. Now it's time for lunch…
