Are You "Chives"?

In stock market, we may listen about "eat chives". It means an individual party buy a share at the higher price and sell the share at the lower price. It is a normal level to understand how the whole process of a newcomer from buy to sell the share. However, how does the higher level of "eat chives"? It need a powerful party.

6 September 2018, there is a campaign about encourage everybody to buy shares for long term benefit and this campaign is brought by a stock exchange party. Nobody knows that the index is around 1800 which is relatively high side. After 7 months, the index is around 1630 and the loss is 170 points.
