My story with Asthma attack

Hey there! It's been decade since i wrote in the hive
How are you guys doing? Hope everything is doing good
Right now i wanna write about my hereditary desease, which is asthma bronchial
Asthma brochial is A condition in which a person's airways become inflamed, narrow and swell and produce extra mucus, which makes it difficult to breathe.
Asthma can be minor or it can interfere with daily activities. In some cases, it may lead to a life-threatening

People may experience:
Cough: can occur at night, during exercise, can be chronic, dry, with phlegm, mild, or severe
Respiratory: difficulty breathing, wheezing, breathing through the mouth, fast breathing, frequent respiratory infections, rapid breathing, or shortness of breath at night
Also common: chest pressure, flare, anxiety, early awakening, fast heart rate, or throat irritation

So yesterday i went to a dinner with my friend, and we talk we laugh together. That was a fun time
I was laughing so hard untill i forget, sometimes when i laugh very hard the asthma can come
And you know what? I'ts really come
After i laugh untill i cough and suddenly my breath is so short. I cannot breath easily
My friend was very shock and confused what happend to me, expecially he doesn't know about me havin a asthma. Or maybe he doesn't know what is asthma. He was so shock untill he like asking a stupid question
He said
Astaghfirullah what happend to u? Are u oke? Or u going to die???

My breathe is short but in the same time i wanna laugh and punch his face
With an heavy voice and short breathe i told him
"If i'm going to die now, i will haunted u and take u with me"
His face from 😢 to this 😳😳... it's so funny..hahah i'ts makes me wanna laugh again but i can't
And then i grab my inhaler for the asthma attack and take it
My friend watch so intense what i'm doing, he seems so worry
Poor that guy😁😁😁
I was trying to control my breathe, like for 5 minutes later the inhaler works and i can breathe normal again

🧔🏻‍♂️: Are u okey? U need to go to the hospital? Do u need anything?
🧕🏼: Yes yes i'm okey now
🧔🏻‍♂️: what happend just before? U giving me a heart attack
🧕🏼: hhhh so i tell him what exactly happend to me
🧔🏻‍♂️: damn. Okey next time if we talk don't laugh hard like that again
🧕🏼: hhhhh agree

So that's was my story yesterday guys. I will share u my inhaler

There's so many inhaler type out there but this one is very comfortable for me, some other inhaler makes my heart beat fast makes me cannot sleep.

Like i told u before, asthma is a hereditary desease, my grandmother have it, 2 sides from my father n mother. My aunt and my uncle have it also, 2 of my sister have it too

For u guys whos havin asthma like me, stay healthy oke. Expecially in this pandemic
