Enjoyment And Escapism

Enjoyment in living is the reason not to kill yourself.

And enjoyment doesn't mean playing on PS5 or eating pizza. These are just pleasures and not something you can enjoy, unless you play PS5 rarely and not occassionally.

Real enjoyment is having your own purpose in life and by purpose I don't mean to become a Millionaire, achieve social status, making others around you proud of you or any such things which society terms as 'purpose'/'Goals'

In my opinion best purpose to have in life is 'Self Development'. Most people use self development as a tool to achieve their self established goals, however I see 'Self Development' as the goal and everything I achieve along the way is just a by-product.

This way you will take less stress on yourself and enjoy the process.
Enjoyment is setting goals/purpose and trying hard to achieve them.
